What products are included in Free Shipping? 

All products that you find on the website are eligible for Free Standard Domestic Shipping, with the exception of most furniture items and special orders for sets of dishes. 

When should I expect my order?

Orders are processed and shipping every Tuesday and Friday, via USPS, UPS or FedEx.  COSAS free shipping is a 5-day standard shipping. Overnight, 2-day or 3-day shipping is not included.  If rush shipping is needed, COSAS can help, however, customers are responsible for payment.  Please contact us at (830) 249-1500 or at cosas@cosasonline.com for any shipping questions. 

What shipping methods do you use?

Free shipments will be made using the most efficient pricing amongst the carriers: USPS, UPS and FedEx. All items will be shipped standard ground. Shipment of David Marsh furniture and other larger items require shipping via freight. This normally takes 10-14 business days from time of pick up. 

How will my order ship and be packaged?

Your order will be carefully packaged--with our extensive history of purchasing and shipping delicate items, we have learned from the artists directly how to package and ship our merchandise. 

How do you handle shipping on large furniture?

Larger furniture items or oversized pieces require special consideration in shipping and delivery. COSAS utilized trusted private trucking companies. These require special instructions. COSAS will be in contact with you about scheduling and arrival dates. Larger furniture items will be blanket wrapped and insured. Customer is responsible to inspect furniture upon delivery. Delivery is normally 10-14 days from time of pick up. 

What if I want my items to arrive faster?

We'll be happy to make arrangements for overnight or next day delivery on most items for an additional cost.

Do you ship to countries outside of the United States?

This can be done on smaller items. Free shipping is not applicable however, but contact us at (830) 249-1500 to make arrangements. 

What is your return policy?

Store credit will be issued for items returned safely. 

What if you don't have what I'm looking for?

Just contact us! Due to our intimate relationships with the artists, we can commission a piece especially for you. Please contact us at (830) 249-1500 or fill out our form on our Special Orders page. 

What if I don't see an artist work on your site that I'm looking for?

Chances are that we know that artist and may have something in stock that is not in our online store. Contact us to find out. 

How do I sign up for a tour?

We send emails out to anyone who has filled out our tours form, and joined our special Tours email list. We usually plan about 6 months in advance and sign ups are on a first come/first served basis. Visit our Tours page for more information and to join our list!
